We use your name and email address to provide the free book and manage your request. Three optional reader check-ins after download require a separate checkbox and email confirmation; stop them using the link in each check-in. Daily, weekly, or monthly lessons require your separate choice and email confirmation. You can unsubscribe using the link in each lesson.

Feedback submissions store your name, email, category, reading stage, message, and optional publication permission for review. Submitting feedback does not subscribe you to marketing. Testimonials may appear with your first name only after permission and review; approved questions may appear anonymously with an answer. Your email is never published. Contact us to request removal.

We record signup, consent, download, and purchase events, including campaign source when supplied. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Essential, short-lived abuse-prevention records help protect the signup form.

When connected, our CRM and email providers process contact information to deliver the requested services. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not store card details.
